He was predeceased by: his parent Carl William; his wife Joyce F. Livengood; and his siblings, Carl Livengood and Judy L. Parsons. He is survived by: his parent Ester Leen Byrd Livengood; and his stepchildren, Casandra Seaman, Gwendolyn Brackett and Gary Hyman Jr. (Renee). He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
