He is survived by: his wife Freida Ann Blackwelder Hill; his sons, Brent Hill (Sandra) and Terry Hill (Anita); his siblings, Janice McCleod (Robert), Patsy Sellers (Gary), W. C. Hill, Jr., Alvin Hill and Roy Hill (Sue); and his stepgranddaughter Kelsey Martin (Dave).
