He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Beatley; his children, James Beatley (Barbara) of Salisbury, NC and Dawn-Marie Warner (David) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his grandchildren, William Beatley (Elena) of Leesburg, VA, James Beatley, Jr. of Kannapolis, NC, Randall, Jeremy Beatley of Salisbury, NC, Tiffany, Seth Warner of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Taz Beatley of Birmingham, AL, Alayna and Isabella Beatley of Jasper, AL.; and his siblings, Michael Beatley, Kevin Beatley, Sharon Damiani and Diane Danielson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice House of Cabarrus County or The Laurels of Salisbury.
