It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gus McKinney (Concord, North Carolina), born in Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn McKinney and Cora McKinney; and his wife Patricia McKinney. He is survived by: his brother Jesse McKinney (Beverly); his son Steve McKinney (Christy); and his grandchildren, Sydney Julie, Ashley, Aubrey and William.
