He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Dick and Dona Dick; his wife Mildred Dick; his son Harold K. Dick, Jr.; and his sisters, Evelyn Evans and Betty Devine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Crow Kannapolis (Frank) and Brenda White (Jerry) of Concord; his daughter-in-law Sandy Dick (John Emminger) of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Kim Simpson (Scott), Ashleigh Dudley (Chaz), Jeremy White and Robert White; his great grandchildren, Matthew Simpson, Cory Simpson and Courtney Deese; his great great grandchild Annabelle Deese; and his brother Gerald Dick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
