He is survived by: his brothers, Building Contractors and Supplies; his wife Rena Whitley Kluttz; his children, Howard Kluttz (Karen) and Susan K. Clay (Chris); his grandchildren, Harrison Kluttz, Whitney Clay Coonradt (Scott) and Corbin Clay (Karla); his great grandchildren, Riley, Cayden Coonradt, Carolina, Savannah and Tinley Clay; and his brother Ray Kluttz.
