She is survived by: her daughter Miss Myrtle Shaw; her grandchildren, Shelia Edmond of Concord, Maloney Moore of Kannapolis, David Smoutherson of Kannapolis and Teresa Phifer (Lewis) of Concord; and her close friend Pastor Roland Jordan. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
