She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Frances Thomas Cullingford, Edwin Devotion Thomas Jr and Winfred Alan Thomas. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Edwin "Eddie" Mitchum (Louise Bynum Mitchum) of Concord and John "Johnny" Wesley Mitchum, Jr (Judy Worthington Mitchum) of Sneads Ferry; her grandchildren, Kellie Mitchum Davis (Jeremy) of Littleton, NC and William "Bill" Long (Leigh) of Beaufort, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide Mitchum Davis and Radford Thomas Davis.
