He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Moses Lester Beaver and Maud Blackwelder Beaver; his wife Willie; his children, James R. Beaver, Jr. (Martha Harmon) of Mount Airy, NC and Janice B. Kleva (Kenneth) of Hickory, NC; his granddaughters, Mary Kleva (Bardia Nabet) of Washington, DC and Abigail Kleva (Sam Weinberg) of San Francisco; his sisters, Peggy Keasler and Carolyn Beaver; and his niece-in-law Reba Morrison.
