He is survived by: his children, Anita Deshon Culbertson (Jeff) of Midland, NC, Brianna Phifer of Concord, NC and Kevin Phifer of Concord, NC; his brother Fred Phifer (Gladys) of Winston Salem, NC; his uncle Charlie Bost (Edith) of Concord, NC; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Culbertson, Jr. of Midland, NC, Keana Culbertson of Midland, NC, Joshua Culbertson of Midland, NC, Isaiah Phifer of Lake Wylie, SC and Elijah Phifer of Lake Wylie, SC. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
