He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Martinez (Teodulo Martinez) of Concord, NC, Amanda McManus (Andy) of Concord, NC, Kimberly Starnes (Alfredo Martinez), Jessica Melvin (Jonathan Melvin) of Albemarle, NC and Tandy Starnes (Juan Banda) of Huntersville, NC.; and his siblings, Mark Starnes (Heather) of Concord, NC and Michaela Starnes Britt (Gene) of Lexington, NC..
