It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Parks (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bub Steele and Rosa Wallace Parks; his children, Charlotte Reid (Corey) of Salisbury, Jamesina Douglas of Kannapolis and Michael Parks (Tracey) of Kannapolis; his siblings, Vanessa Johnson of Kannapolis and Procter Parks (Shirley) of Kannapolis; and his uncle Willie Van Miller of Kannapolis. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
