We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Jean Baskette of Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Alline Miller; her former spouse Billie Douglas Baskette; her husband Bill Baskette; and her brother Robert Miller.
She is survived by: her half-sister Mickey Sue Buckner of Mount Dora, FL.; her son David Cowles; her children-in-law, Jill Cowles of Concord, NC, Jan Cowles of Denver, NC and Joel Cooke of Newton, NC; her grandchildren, Michael, Samuel, Charity, Christopher, Israel, Joshua, John, Casey, Daniel and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Tristan, Riley, Jason, Hayley, Micah, Ashley, Isaac, Ella Grace, Isaiah, Elijah, Ethen, Aiden, Emmalyn, Asher, Marin, Ezekiel and Norah Jayne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to Parkinson Disease Research in Jean's name.
