He was predeceased by: his father Donald J. Fort; and his sister Kylie Carroll. He is survived by: his adoptive father Donald Fort; his mother Beverlee Fort of Burlington, NJ; and his sister Vicki Correll of Yardly, PA. He is also survived by one nephew and four nieces.
