He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Lowenstein Maley; his children, Jimie Gene Maley, II (Cheryl Green Maley) of Concord and Dee Ann Maley Whiteley (Douglas Whiteley) of Concord; his grandchildren, Erin Whiteley Beall (John Beall) of Concord, Alyssa Maley Whiting (Kelvin Whiting) of Kannapolis, Kirsten Maley of Concord, Colin Whiteley of Concord and Jimie Gene Maley, III of Concord; and his great grandchildren, Emma Beall of Concord and Levi Beall of Concord. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
