He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy N. Tompkins, Sr. and Kathryn B. Stilwell; and his brother James Stilwell. He is survived by: his fiancée Kristina Keefer; his daughter Nichole Smith (Jason Smith) of Raleigh, NC; his significant other Kristi Keefer of Sherrills Ford, NC; and his sisters, Donna Stilwell of Stallings, NC, Tessa Van Buren of Charlotte, NC, Jill Watson of Huntersville, NC and Lisa Wallace (Edwin Wallace) of Fort Collins, CO. He is also survived by 8 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great niece and 4 great nephews.
