She is survived by: her children, Sherry Atwell Turner of Concord and Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Atwell (Christine) of Kannapolis; her siblings, Sue Pressley Burgess and Craig Pressley (Sue); her grandchildren, Brantley Turner (Angelique) of Mooresville, Bethany Bostic (David II) of Concord, Nicole Atwell Soto (Arturo) of Cheyenne, Michelle Atwell Shook of Ohio, Robert Atwell (Anna) of Mt. Pleasant and Chase Atwell of Kannapolis; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Shayleigh, Zoe Turner, David, Corey-Jo Bostic, Liam, Mia and Owen Soto; her brother-in-law Don Christy; and her nieces and nephews, Don Christy, Jr. (Lisa Ellis), Cheryl McCormick (Andy), Tammy Smith (Eric), Boyce Burgess Jr. (Joy), Michael Burgess, Mark Burgess (Sarah), Donald Atwell Jr. (Marcia), Tina Valdez (Angel) and Angie Tedder (Ray).
