With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jonathan E. Irvin Sr. (Concord, North Carolina), born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on March 28, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irvin and Margaret Cole Irvin; his wife Betty Lou Bradley Irvin; and his stepmother Wanda Mae Andrews Irvin. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan E. Irvin, Jr. (Shelly) of Lafayette and Mishelle D. Martin (Richard) of Concord; his stepsons, Douglas Eugene Martin (Angie) of Gastonia and Aaron Scott Martin (Pauline) of Gastonia; and his siblings, William Irvin (Chris) of Columbus, James Irvin (Connie) of Gastonia, Maryann Clark of Caldwell, Ohio, Ruth Smith (Dwain) of Caldwell, Ohio and Debbie Smith (Gary) of Caldwell, Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
