He is survived by: his parents, JoAnne III and Joseph III; his wife Patricia Ann Lossick; his daughters, Amber Mackenzie (Brian), Carly Barnhardt (John) and Jami Lossick; his grandchildren, Blake MacKenzie, Ashton MacKenzie and Adley Barnhardt; his siblings, Karen Russell, Ann Bullen, Janet Lossick, Linda Marie and James Lossick; and also Lossick III.
