She was predeceased by: her parents, James Olin Riley and Julia Measmer Riley; her husband Vonvel William Staton; and her brothers, Gene Riley of Atlanta and Ray Riley of Lowell, NC..
She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Castonguay (James) of Stanfield, NC, Kim Sharpe of Concord, NC, Patty Kneeburg of Midland, NC, Deb Furr of Charlotte, NC and Lynn Staton (Tanya) of Concord. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to COPD foundations and Hospice of Cabarrus.
