She is survived by: her parent Hila Ellis Summers; her spouse Clyde Ralph McElroy of Shennadoah; her daughter Kathryn Diane; her grandson James Frindt (Bu-Nita); and her siblings, Dorothy Little, Carolyn Fulp and Donald Summers (Jean). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
