It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherleen Stirewalt of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter of Washington and Nell Litaker Carter; her husband Robert Henderson Stirewalt; her grandsons, Robert Esquer and Rodney Dylan Stirewalt; her great grandchild Khloe Stirewalt; her brother John Carter; and her sisters-in-law, Doris and Bernice Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Esquer (Mike), Juanita Plyler (Bill), Dale Stirewalt (Becky), Tony Stirewalt (Linda), Lana Mason (Rick), Todd Stirewalt (Jill) and Rodney Stirewalt (Louanne); her grandchildren, Michael Esquer (Tiffany), Johnny Esquer (Gina), Leslie Hardy (Gene), Cassandra Pyle (Don), Monica Trotter (Bubba), Sharon Mason, Marty Mason and Bruce Stirewalt (Karen); her great grandchildren, Ashe Esquer, Collin, Cayden, Coen Esquer, Canon, Tessa Hardy, Aaron and Raymond Stirewalt; and her brother Fred Carter.
