She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise "Lou" and W. G. "Samp" Gipson; her daughters, Glady Covington, Marie White and Nancy Parks; and her husband George Adam Love Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Elvenna Hamilton (Lonnie), Barbara Hamilton (late Thomas Hamilton), Tonda Wright (Calvin) and George Love. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 83 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
