He was predeceased by: his parents, Rally Rufus Williams and Flora Herlocker Williams; his wife Brenda Williams; his son Kenneth Williams Jr.; and his sisters, Faye Williams and Marcilene Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Williams and Penny McCulloh (Bryan) of Oakboro; his close friend Jenny Burkhart of Concord; his siblings, Larry Williams (Paulette) of Carolina Shores and Patsy Scercy of Concord; his grandsons, Chris Cruse (Casey) of Rockwell and Jon Cruse (Lauren) of Concord; and his great grandchildren, Camden and Caroline Cruse.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital and Hospice of Cabarrus County.
