He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Martin Campbell; his wife Carolyn Bost Campbell; his children, Christopher Campbell (Rebecca) and Beverly Campbell (Trevor Bell); and his siblings, Karen Barbee (Terry) and Leonard Campbell (Belinda). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
