With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Thomas (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Thomas, Sr. and Lona Edwards Thomas; and his siblings, Virginia Cochrane, Boyce Thomas and William J. Thomas, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Christine Poole Thomas; his son David Thomas (Tami); his brother Herman Thomas; and his granddaughter Ashley Elizabeth Thomas (Duane).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus Co., 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
