She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Rooks and Lula McIntyre Rooks; and her siblings, Henry, Cletus Rooks and Daisy Hatley.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Lee Duty; her children, Patricia D. Sehorn (Larry), Mike Duty (Wanda), Joe Duty (Barbara) and Bobby Duty; and her grandchildren, Nathan Duty, Kristy Troxler, Larry Sehorn, Jr., Mike Sehorn and Emily Laidlaw. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
