He was predeceased by: his brother Brett Lay. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Lay (Morris); his daughter Jessie Anderson (Lay); his son-in-law Nic of Boston, MA; his son Dallas Lay of Midland, NC; his parents, Paul Lay and Sandra Lay; his brother Cory; his siblings-in-law, Janet Lay, Ed and Simone Morris; his parents-in-law, Ed and Frieda Morris; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Abbie Lay, Taylor Lay, Tam Lay, Alex Lay, Sean, Emily Morris and Haylee Morris.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to Matthews United Methodist Church.
