It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Furr (Concord, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cornelia Davis Rigler and Edward Jackson Rigler; her husband Robert Carol Furr; her sisters, Jeanne Porter and Anne Allison of Advance, NC; and her children, Robert Carol Furr, Jr. (Karen) of Greensboro, NC, Richard Lee Furr (Sandy) of Greensboro, NC and Martha Jeanne Murdock (Steve) of Concord, NC. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren;and two great-great-grandchildren.
In light of that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis NC 28081.
