He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Gillon Steele and Loraine Bell Steele. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Y. Steele; his children, Marvin Randall Steele of Concord and Sherelle Marvette Steele of Concord; his grandchildren, Jailen Steele, Brielle Steele and Keyshaun Barnett; his siblings, Cathy Carter (Frederick) of Kannapolis and Vincent Steele (Cynthia) of Kannapolis; and his nieces and nephews, Tashia Steele, Cassandra Brown, Kitty Steele and Clayton Bell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
