She was predeceased by: her husband John Cody; and her brothers, LeRoy Roberson, Woodrow Kendricks and Lawayne Kendricks. She is survived by: her children, Warren Kinney (Dorothy) of Greer, SC, Gregory Kinney (Takisha) of Brooklyn Center, MN, Marcel Kinney of Easley, SC and Demetria Brittingham (Patrick) of Harrisburg, NC; and her siblings, Elvira Scruggs (Tim) of Normal, IL, Frankie Kendricks-Pickens, Robert Kendricks (Eloise) of Gadsden, AL and Anthony Kendricks of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
