She is survived by: her father Robert Kaczmarek; her children, Kevin, Josie and Bailey; her husband Michael Jankowski; her daughter Jessica Jankowski; her son-in-law Kevin Carney; and her siblings, Robert Kaczmarek Jr., Patricia Birrer, Eileen Duman, Christine Morales, Judith Kaczmarek and Ronald Kaczmarek. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
