She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Scott and Henrietta Patterson Scott; her husband Fred H. Nesbit Sr.; her son Dennis Nesbit; and her siblings, Bernice S. Stowe, Helen S. Alexandra, Virginia Scott, Raymell S. Walker, Flora S. Bass, Ruth Scott, John Scott, Eugene Scott, Curtis Scott, Willie Scott, Louis Scott, Sam Scott and Curlee Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Fred H. Nesbit Jr. of Kannapolis, NC and Doris Jean Anderson of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Lakeisha Nesbit of Concord, NC, Trenika Anderson of Charlotte, NC and Dashod Anderson; her great grandchildren, Khamari Brown of Charlotte, NC and Kamryn Brown of Charlotte, NC; and her brother Wilbert Scott of Concord, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
