She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Benton and Annie Mae Pankey Benton; and her siblings, Marvin, Jr., Donald Benton and Carolyn McPherson.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Rinehardt; her sons, Michael Rinehardt, Jr. (Pamela) and Marty Rinehardt (Shanna); her sisters, Bonnie Lee of Oakboro and Joyce Allman of Oakboro; her grandchildren, Matthew Rinehardt (Laura), Paul Rinehardt (Ashley), Walker Rinehardt and McKinley Rinehardt; and her great grandchildren, Levi and Reagan. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
