She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Cook and Lena Cook; and her siblings, Paula Wilkins and John Cook. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Capps (Bill) and Jason Merritt (Raquel); and her grandchildren, Lucia and Holden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
