He was predeceased by: his father John Gaftunik III. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Sherman Gaftunik Murray (Tom); his wife Deborah R. Gaftunik; his sons, Blake and Steven Gaftunik; and his brother Peter Gaftunik (Michelle).
