We bid farewell to Maxine Jewell Furr of Concord, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 18, 2024 at the age of 81. Maxine Jewell touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Porter and Clyde M. Porter Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, David Wayne Furr, Kevin Scott Furr (Jackie), Darrell Maxton Furr and Christopher Todd Furr (Angie) of Concord; her grandchildren, Cherie, Micah, Nathan, Clay and Reed; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Ayden, Dale, Levi and Axl; and her sister Gail of Midland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Tucker Hospice House and a special thanks to Dr. Victor Ha.
