With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melba Sides of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Charlie and Ola Bell Howard Brooks; and her husband Jerry Sides. She is survived by: her children, Carol "Jeanette" Tallent (George) of Concord, Carl Wayne Sides (Sandra) of Mt. Pleasant and Judy Medlin (late Michael Steven) of Marshville; and her grandchildren, Frank Hollis, Monti Hollis, Eric Sides, Amber Sides, Brooke Sides, Brandon Sides, Devan Sides, Michael Medlin and Tim Medlin. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
