He is survived by: his children, Robert Jackson of Charlotte, Mark Earl of Gaffney, SC, Marlon Earl of Gaffney, SC, Melvin Tyrone Davis, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Laquette Kelly (Michele) of Concord, Melvette Pharr of Salisbury, April Pharr of Salisbury, Felicia Pharr of Kannapolis and Corinthia Knox (Todd) of Kannapolis; his siblings, Mecshell Blackwell (Reginald) of Jacksonville, FL, Megail Davis of Kannapolis, Robin Davis Barber of Kannapolis and Ricky Allen of Portsmouth, VA; and his close friend Dianne Moore of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
