She was predeceased by: her parents, George Horace Walker and Anna Irene Kluttz Walker; and her siblings, Mildred Walker Sherwood, Margaret Walker, Audrey Walker Ashby and George Walker, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband George Paul Yost; her children, Paul Eddie Yost (Peggy) and Vickie Yost Wilson; her grandchildren, Paula Yost (Peter Schupp), Brandon Wilson (Rachele) and Derek Wilson (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Pratley, Pierson and Paul Schupp; her sister Doris Lippard of Statesville; and also, Miriam, Paul and Atrium-Cabarrus.
