It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Blackwelder of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest M. Blackwell and Mary Lou Mesimer Blackwell; her son Tommy Irvin; and her siblings, Harold, Herman, Marvin, Arnold, Ed, Helen Norris, Ruby Riley, Annie McGaha, Frances Hartsell, Margie Mainer, Margaret Hall, Beatrice Dancy and Mildred Blackwell.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Irvin (Melissa) of Union Mills, NC, Robin Allman (Rick) of Newland, NC and Bobbie Little (Shane) of Monticello Fla; her grandchildren, Carla King, Brandi Mason, Joseph Little and Griffin Houser; and her great grandchildren, Braylin, Christine, Clara and Caroline.
