She was predeceased by: her son Jonathan Efird Faggart; her son-in-law Wallace Ashley; and her granddaughter Catherine Rae Ashley. She is survived by: her parents, Clifford M. Efird and Thelma Smith Efird; her husband Parks Ray Faggart; her son Jeffrey Parks Faggart (Clare) of Concord; her daughter-in-law Janet Faggart of Sherman; her daughter Jan Faggart Ashley of Smithfield, NC; her grandchildren, Katrina Faggart Stockton (Blake), Jonathan Ryan Faggart (Katie), Elizabeth Stone Ashley and Wallace Raines Ashley; her great grandchildren, Abigail Stockton and Hannah Stockton; and her sister Jane Efird Poplin of Albemarle, NC.
Peggy Irene Efird Faggart, 85, died at Tucker Hospice House on Saturday, October 27, 2018 after complications from Alzheimer's.
