She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clevie Haston Hatley and Martha Ann Hatley; her sisters, Gail and Sheila; her husband Roger Spencer Harwood; her children, Scotty Harwood (Tammy) and Angela Faile (Joel); and her grandchildren, Sarah Harwood, Benjamin Harwood (Emily), Mary Harwood, Joshua Faile, Ian Faile (Audrey) and Anna Faile.

Memorials may be made to Oak Grove United Methodist Church at 32056 Herrin Grove Rd, Mount Pleasant.
