It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Sue Hoggard of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Thompson Garmon and Gertrude Bernice McDonald Garmon; and her siblings, Frances Kee and Bobby Garmon. She is survived by: her husband John J. Hoggard of Concord; her sons, Johnny W. Hoggard (Wendy) of Dallas, GA, Jeffrey L. Hoggard (Tangie Davis) of Concord and Chad A. Hoggard (Melissa) of Rockwell; her grandchildren, Stefanie Mason, Jennifer James (Chris), Travis Hoggard, Amber Long (Dallas), Autumn Hoggard and Trevor Hoggard; and her siblings, Dorothy Shutters (Dennis) of Concord, Brenda Kee of Concord and Teddy Garmon of Concord. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
