He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Fisher and Perry Lipcomb; his grandmother Essie Bailey; and his siblings, Henry Lipcomb, Eric Lipcomb and Dorris Ann Little.
He is survived by: his daughter Iesha Miller (Andrea Miller); his siblings, Larry Lipcomb (Theresa) of China Grove, NC, Stevie Lipcomb (Aggie) of Landis, NC, Gregory S. Lipcomb of Winston-Salem, NC, Rozell Kenney and Debra Roebuck of Philadelphia, PA; his niece Gena Lipcomb; his nephew Barrie Lipcomb; and his close friend LaToya McMillian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
