He was predeceased by: his parent Carolyn "Puddin" Van Every. He is survived by: his father Martin B. Foil Jr.; his siblings, Quincy Foil White (Mike), Marty Foil (Lisa) and Mary Foil (Paul); and his uncle William H. Taylor Sr. (Kitty). He is also survived by nieces/nephews.
