She is survived by: her daughters, Carol C. Blake (Mike) and Linda C. Long; her grandchildren, Kevin M. Blake (Megan) and Kelsey A. Blake; her great grandchildren, Kingston Blake and Ryland Blake; and her siblings, Marie F. McCormick, Betty F. Goodwin, Sylvia F. Graham and Joy F. Martin.
