She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Coleman and Ethel Coleman; her sister Mae; her brother-in-law Homer Christy; and her close friend Phil Penninger.
She is survived by: her children, Neal, Debbie Carter, Tamra and Chris Kuhn; her grandchildren, Candace, Shawn Johnson, Sherena Haigler, Nolan, Alba Kuhn, Israel, Jessica Haigler, Aaron and Victoria Kuhn; and her nieces and nephews, Mack, Julie Christy, Phillip, Amanda Christy, Jeanine and Joe Wilson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to Rocky River Presbyterian Church where Phyllis was a member.
