Splawn (Terry) of Concord and Chip Harward (Kim) of Kannapolis; her brother Gary Nelms (Marsha) of Waxhaw; her grandchildren, Callie MacFarlane (Ben), Mallory Horton (Trey), Alexandra Green (Justin), Jazmin Harward and C. J. Harward; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Langdon, Calen, Elliot, Eva and Blake.
