He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Lynch Meaders and Harry Anthony Garlin of Salisbury, NC; his siblings, Shaquata Garlin of Charlotte, NC and Anthony Garlin, Sr. (Christina) of Concord, NC; his nieces and nephews, Tatiana, Kasiah, Zoey, Laila, Joseph, Billy and Anthony Jr.; his cousin Camryn Heilig; and his close friends, Alexis Hague, Tyler Perez, D'arlo and Jadarius Smith. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
